CONDITIONS

Rental conditions

Drivers must be over 21 years of age and must be on a full licence.

Overseas drivers must either have an international licence or an english translated licence.

INSURANCE CONDITIONS

Vehicles are insured subject to the terms of the agreement and are subject to the following excesses.

CARS

Drivers over 25 years of age, an excess of $750 applies. This amount can be reduced to $200 by paying an additional $15 per day

Drivers over 21 years but under 25 years, an excess of $2000 applies. This can be reduced to $1500 by paying an additional $15 per day.

An additional excess of $750 for drivers over 25 years, or $2000 for over 21 but under 25 years, applies for damage sustained as a result of driving on unsealed roads, or in the event of a single vehicle accident.

COMMERCIALS

Drivers over 25 years of age, an excess of $1500 applies, This amount can be reduced to $750 by paying an additional $15 per day.

Drivers over 21 years but under 25 years, an excess of $2000 applies, This amount can be reduced to $1000 by paying an additional $15 per day.

An additional excess of $1500 for drivers over 25 years, or $2000 for over 21 but under 25 years, applies for damage sustained as a result of driving on unsealed roads, or in the event of a single vehicle accident.

SECURITY BOND

A security bond of $300 is required upon hiring of vehicle (refundable). This is to ensure the vehicle is returned in good, clean condition (windscreen, tyres, etc) and with a full tank of fuel.

CAMPERVANS AND MOTORHOMES

Campervan and Motorhome Rentals offer the following insurance conditions.

BRONZE                                                      INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE

Bronze Insurance Cover (BIC) is the basic insurance and the standard liability applies. This package is included in the initial quoted and agreed price.

This Does Not Cover

(a) Damage to any internal fixtures and fittings of the vehicle.

(b) Windscreen damage or breakages.

(c) Tyres and/or repairs.

(d) Any towing or retrieval costs

(e) Overhead and undercarriage damage

BIC liability is $1500 for over 25 year old drivers and $2000 for under 25 year old drivers.

An additional liability of $1500 also applies in the event of damage sustained as a result of the vehicle being used on unsealed roads, or single vehicle accident.

SILVER                                              $24 per day

Silver Insurance Cover (SIC) reduces the liability fee in the case of loss or damage to the vehicle or third party property.

This Does Not Cover

(a) Damage to any internal fixtures and fittings of the vehicle.

(b) Windscreen damage or breakages.

(c) Tyres and/or repairs.

(d) Any towing or retrieval costs

(e) Overhead and undercarriage damage

SIC Liability is $750 for over 25 year old drivers and $1000 for under 25 year old drivers.

An Additional Liability of $750 applies in the event of damage sustained as a result of the vehicle being used on unsealed roads, or single vehicle accident.

GOLD                                            $36 per day

Gold Insuracne Cover (GIC) is the premium package and includes the following

(e) Overhead and undercarriage damage

GIC Liability is NIL for over 25 year old drivers and $200 for under 25 year old drivers.
